4 siung bawang putih, iris halus
3 buah cabai merah, buang bijinya
1/2 sendok teh merica bulat
1 sendok makan gula merah iris
garam halus secukupnya
Cara Membuat Ikan Panggang Kecap :

Lumuri ikan merata dengan campuran air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan 15 menit.
Campur kecap, bumbu halus, dan minyak goreng, aduk rata.
Buat bara arang dengan api sedang. Panggang ikan sambil dibolak-balik dan lumuri dengan bumbu hingga matang. Angkat, hidangkan bersama lalapan dan sambal sesuai selera.

Bahan:

1 ekor ikan tongkol, bersihkan dan buat keratan di bagian luarnya
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
2 sdm minyak goreng
50 ml air
garam
daun pisang untuk membungkus (bila ada)

Haluskan:

150 gr cabe rawit
50 gr cabe merah
150 gr bawang merah
4 cm jahe
1 btg serai, ambil bagian putihnya
6 lbr daun jeruk
2 sdt garam

Cara membuatnya:

Campur air dengan air jeruk nipis. Rendam ikan dalam campuran air ini selama ½ jam, tiriskan dan keringkan. Campur bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan minyak, oleskan keseluruh badan ikan dan bagian dalam ikan. Bungkus ikan dalam daun pisang dan bakar hingga matang. Kalau tidak ada daun pisang, letakkan ikan di atas panggangan dari aluminim foil, panggang di atas api sambil sesekali diolesi bumbu halusnya. Panggang hingga ikan kecoklatan dan bumbu kering. Siap di sajikan.


Keterangan:

Ikan bisa juga di panggang di oven. Panaskan oven 200° C terlebih dulu.
Gunakan pinggan tahan panas, masukkan ikan dan bumbu perendamnya di pinggan tahan panas dan masukkan dalam oven yang sudah panas. Masak selama 20 menit, turunkan panasnya ke 180° C, masak sampai matang. Sebelum dikeluarkan, panaskan grill dari atas biarkan selama 10 menit hingga ikan kecoklatan dan kering.

Bumbu Halus:

½ sdt ketumbar
3 siung bawang putih
5 bh bawang merah
2 cm jahe
Cara Membuat:
Didihkan air, masukkan bumbu halus, serai dan daun salam.
Tambahkan ikan, garam dan gula merah. Masak selama 10 menit, angkat, dinginkan.
Angkat ikan lalu gulingkan di tepung terigu. Goreng hingga kecokelatan, angkat lalu hidangkan.

• The CPU will also be beefed up. We’re not sure if this means it will include something more powerful than the Bold’s 624MHz processor or not, but we’d like to think so.
• The device is said to be silver (think BlackBerry 8830)
• The keyboard is a little more rounded than the BlackBerry 8900
• The Send/End keys are rounded instead of being flat on the sides
• Styling is not drastically different — it keeps with the 8900/Storm styling
• It of course rocks quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA
• Wi-Fi and GPS was not confirmed, but we’d say there’s about a 99.99% chance
• Camera specs were not confirmed as well, but you can bet you’re looking at 3.2 megapixels or better

Now, what about release date? We have absolutely nothing solid in terms of that. But, want our personal opinion? Q4 ‘09/Q1 ‘10. We really can’t see this one coming out anytime soon, it’s so far down the pipeline, they just released the current Curve replacement, etc. But it should let you guys know that RIM is obviously looking to transition all their devices to 3G (our opinion, not their words) over the course of the next year or so. Plus one of our only complaints about the 8900 was a lack of 3G, so bring it on!

Tanaman Herba Untuk Sakit Gigi

Banyak tanaman yang berkhasiat bagi kesehatan gigi. Rasa yang khas dari dari cengkih misalnya, membuat tanaman ini sering dimanfaatkan. Selain cengkih, ada sejumlah tanaman lain yang memiliki khasiat serupa.

Cengkih memiliki sifat antiseptica (antikuman), carminativa (peluruh angin), rubefaciencia (memanaskan kulit), antispasmodica (menghilangkan kejang), dan analgesik (pati rasa). Karenanya tanaman ini bisa digunakan untuk obat sakit gigi. Selain juga bisa untuk nyeri haid, rematik/pegal linu, masuk angin/mual, suara parau (serak), dan selesma.

Demikian pula dengan sirih. Tanaman yang berasal dari India, Sri Lanka, dan Malaysia ini telah dikenal sejak tahun 600 SM. Pada daunnya yang berbentuk bulat telur melebar, elips melonjong, atau bulat telur melonjong dengan pangkal berbentuk seperti jantung dan ujung meruncing pendek ini, terkandung minyak atsiri yang dapat menguap. Di antaranya yang terbesar chavicol dan betlephenol.

Aroma khas dari daun dan minyak sirih itu karena kandungan chavicol tadi. Senyawa ini memiliki daya antiseptik yang kuat dan daya bunuh bakterinya bisa sampai lima kali lipat dari fenol biasa.

Daun berukuran panjang 6-17,5 cm dan lebar 3,5-10 cm ini juga mengandung allylrocatechol, cineole, caryophyllene, menthone, eugenol, dan methyl ether. Bahkan, ia berisikan vitamin C dan alkaloid arakene yang khasiatnya sama dengan kokain.

Beberapa tulisan ilmiah juga menyebutkan, daun sirih mengandung enzim diastase, gula, dan tanin. Namun, daun muda mengandung diastase, gula, dan minyak atsiri lebih banyak ketimbang yang tua, sedangkan tanin relatif sama.

Senyawa yang membuat daun sirih mampu meredam seriawan memang belum terlacak. Yang pasti, dalam beberapa buku kuno India dan Yunani, seperti dikutip Darwis S.N., disebutkan daun yang merupakan bahan utama menginang ini memiliki sifat styptic (menahan perdarahan), vulnerary (menyembuhkan luka kulit), stomachic (obat saluran pencernaan), menguatkan gigi, dan membersihkan tenggorokan.

Berikut ini beberapa ramuan lain pereda gangguan gigi yang dihimpun dari berbagai sumber:

Kunyit

Ramuan 1 Siapkan kunyit satu rimpang dan minyak kayu putih secukupnya. Setelah kunyit dicuci bersih, lalu kupas. Rendam sebentar dalam minyak kayu putih, kemudian tempelkan dalam gigi yang berlubang. Lakukan hingga sakit mereda.

Ramuan 2 Siapkan kunyit 10 gram, daun dan akar serai masing-masing 50 dan 25 gr, garam dapur secukupnya. Setelah semua bahan dicuci bersih dan kunyit dipotong-potong, rebus dengan setengah liter air. Biarkan hingga air menjadi satu gelas. Minum untuk tiga kali sehari.

Ramuan 3 Siapkan kunyit 10 gram, daun meniran 50 gram, buah pinang setengah biji, garam dapur secukupnya. Setelah semua bahan kecuali garam dicuci, tumbuk hingga halus. Jangan lupa garam. Seduh dengan air panas sebanyak satu gelas, lalu saring. Bila sudah hangat, gunakan untuk kumur. Lakukan tiga kali sehari.

Minyak kelapa

Siapkan minyak kelapa sebanyak satu sendok teh. Rendam sejumput kapas dalam minyak tersebut, lalu panaskan di atas api selama kurang lebih 2-3 menit. Setelah agak hangat, tempel dengan kapas pada bagian gigi yang berlubang.

Biji cengkih

Siapkan biji cengkeh sebanyak satu genggam. Setelah disangrai, tumbuk halus hingga menjadi bubuk. Lalu, taburkan pada gigi yang sakit. Lakukan hingga sakit mereda.

Getah pohon kamboja

Siapkan getah pohon kamboja secukupnya, bisa diambil dari tangkai daun. Teteskan pada gigi yang berlubang atau gusi yang bengkak. Lakukan hati-hati, jangan sampai terkena gigi yang sehat. Harap hati-hati, karena getah kamboja bisa merusak gigi yang sehat.

Biji asam

Siapkan setengah ons biji asam. Kemudian disangrai (goreng tanpa minyak) sampai hangus. Setelah hangus, tumbuk halus menjadi bubuk. Gosokkan bubuk tersebut pada bagian gigi yang hitam atau kuning. Lakukan hingga terjadi perubahan sesuai keinginan Anda.
